  Chicken is usually soggy. Customer service can be lacking at times, but I think it depends on what time of day you are there. ALWAYS check your order before you leave as it seems they can never get it right. Personally, I would say you are better off going down the road to Bojangles.

  They have a great staff at this location. Always friendly, get the orders right, and the food is actually good. Best fast food in town.

  As long as KFC has been there, I have never had a good experience. They asked me if I wanted original or extra crispy..then told me they had no original. Then why ask me? Once they didn't even have any chicken..they sent someone to another store to get some. I ordered mashed potatoes and slaw for an eat in meal..then they had no plasticware. When I brought it to their attention, they said they knew and would have some in the next day. If they knew, they should tell people up front so I can get sides that I can eat with my hands. This last time, the credit card lines were down. Another time, they were out of white meat..only had dark. It's a constant frustration, so I don't even bother anymore. The staff is friendly and the food is good, but there appears to be a management issue. It's just not worth it to me to even try going there. I hear they're opening a Bojangles within the year. I'll take my business there.
