  I love the Brewery and I love their food and beer. They support local farmers and sustainable agriculture. But their wait staff hostesses kitchen crew... Bartenders... About a half of them got the memo and the other half didn't. If you get a good server and it's a good night for the kitchen crew and a good night for the bartender you will have delicious food served quickly. It will be hot and the drinks will be awesome. If somebody's having an off night you may not get your food delivered for 45 minutes. Somebody's order may be left out. They may be sold out of something and you'll have to pick something else. The drinks may be watery. Or your drink order or dessert or refill for the coffee or the tea will just be forgotten. I want to love them. I love their menus. I love their beer. Their food is delicious. But sometimes getting it is more of an ordeal than it ever should be.
  
  I've been there probably a hundred times and I have yet to have a manager stop by the table and say how's everything, see them greeting people at the door, or bussing tables or refilling drinks when the place is busy. They may be there and they may be working hard -- I have just never seen them - which leads me to think there's a lack of training and supervision of staff. The service definitely reflects that.
